phil spitler - motion graphics & visual effects artist
Spitler began his career at age 17 when he started work at Poulter Partners, the largest UK advertising agency outside London. Intrigued by the freelance motion graphics designers the agency was hiring, he decided to teach himself the skill set in his spare time. At 19 he was the lead 3d animator at the agency. At 21 he and two colleagues split from the agency to form Keyframe, the North of England's leading Motion Graphics and visual effects company, where he was both lead animator and technical director. In 2004 he fled the cold, damp North Of England to continue his career in sunny California. He has over fifteen years experience in creating 2d and 3d motion graphics and visual effects for a vast array of clients including: The BBC, HBO, Microsoft, Intel, Comcast, Doritos, Saturn, Sony, Adobe, National Geographic, Google and The Who. He has also designed and created title sequences and effects for a number of independent films including "Jericho's Echo" and "The Real Dirt On Farmer John."
